HB1207 - Classifies sawmills and planing mills as agricultural and horticultural property instead of commercial property for property taxation purposes.
 
HB1208 - Adds the person designated by a military decedent in a United States Department of Defense form to the term next-of-kin as it relates to the right of sepulcher in final dispostition of the decedent's remains.
 
HB1209 - Lowers the average total inmate population required to allow a circuit court to appoint an extra circuit court marshal.  
HB1388 - Authorizes the City of Waynesville to impose, upon voter approval, a transient guest tax for a multipurpose conference and convention center
 
HB1505 - Allows counties to provide for electing trustees for common sewer districts
 
HB1744 - Amends laws relating to boating education, emergency dock addresses, and prohibited items on rivers
 
HB1745 - Requires the state treasurer to hold and maintain military medals until their owner, heir or beneficiary can be found and authorizes the treasurer to designate an organization to be custodian of the meda
